Mindful Me helps young people improve their emotional health and wellbeing through a range of interactive and fun activities and courses.

We offer a range of programmes that can either be commissioned in isolation or in combination for a bigger, more sustained impacts. The sessions range from those suitable for everyone across the continuum of wellbeing scale to those that can be more focussed for young people currently assessed as level 2 or 3.

Mindful Me. Programme packages

  • Introduction to Mindfulness Programme

    A fun and engaging 1 hour introduction to Mindfulness and the benefits of living in the present.

  • Intensive Courses

    Working with one of our highly-qualified coaches, young people will learn how to raise their mood and lower stress.

  • Workplace Wellbeing

    This coaching session helps staff to acquire the psychological tools and skills to help them manage their emotional wellbeing.
