As behaviour change specialists, we support commissioners in tackling the evident mental health crisis in the UK head on.
We work with commissioners to design tailored and impact-driven programmes for their local area. Our programmes range from offering universal mindfulness and mind management group sessions for whole secondary school year groups, targeted one to one support for vulnerable young people and parent wellbeing sessions.
Legacy is assured through providing school staff training and embedding work which is designed to create a whole school, sustainable approach to emotional health and wellbeing.
Using our robust survey system, we are able to gather data around pupils’ mental health and assess the impact of interventions to help you build an evidence based, comprehensive picture of young peoples’ emotional health and wellbeing in your local area.
“Nine schools including one Pupil Referral Unit have taken part and the feedback has been tremendous from both students and staff. The session is very informative and a great introduction to some of the techniques. Students leave the session with the tools and knowledge to continue the practices in their home and personal lives. We believe that by giving pupils the tools to enhance their emotional health and wellbeing the programme is supporting them to build their resilience and positive emotional health in the long term”
We also offer Mindful Me programmes in community settings such as youth groups, and work with schools to involve their local community to create sustainable and greater impacts. Please contact us to find out more.
