Mindful Me has been designed by young people for young people.

We understand that sometimes we all need a helping hand to cope with life’s events. Family, friends, school, exams – these can all cause us to feel stressed and overwhelmed at times. We teach you useful tools and skills to give you back the control to cope with difficult emotions and feelings. Consulting young people in the design of our courses makes our sessions fun, interactive and relevant to what is happening in your life, right now.

We deliver group sessions and one to one sessions in schools and community settings which are based on mindfulness and mind management.

Mindfulness is simply being aware of the present moment in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. Have you ever noticed that your mind can often be busy thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Mindfulness trains your attention to stay in the present to make you feel happier, calmer and more refreshed.
Our mind management courses are built on Fusion™ Therapeutic Life Coaching techniques. We all make life decisions and behave as we always have done – but what if the way we behave isn’t helpful to us? We teach you how to take control of your emotions and behaviour using the STOP System™ to help you make better choices, and lead a happier, more satisfying life.

Introduction to Mindfulness Programme

A fun and engaging 1 hour introduction to Mindfulness and the benefits of living in the present.

Intensive Courses

Working with one of our highly-qualified coaches, young people will learn how to raise their mood and lower stress.

Workplace Wellbeing

This coaching session helps staff to acquire the psychological tools and skills to help them manage their emotional wellbeing.
